Spectacular Breakfasts

     Our b&b breakfasts are lusious, fresh, and full. The three-courses sizzle, waft, while pulling you into that world of relaxation and comfort that is only nostalgia with most of us. Come join us, we love fixing breakfast at Lakeport English Inn! Our beds are fantastic, but our breakfast is even better.

     Choices, freshly cooked and made to order.You will smell the bacon, coffee, baked cobblers, coffee cakes, muffins,and then here comes breakfast. Our freshly prepared breakfast will be served between 7 to 10:30 am in order that you can relax and sleep in. 

     We will make every effort to accomodate various healthy breakfast needs of our guests. And of course we serve at your designated time if due to work commitments.

Premier Course:  

Coffee, Tea, Juice, Chilled Milk, our Granola cereal with dried cranberries.

Second Course:  

Fresh Fruit, often served with Rebecca Sauce

Third Course:

 English B&B Breakfast: Beans, Bacon, Bangers, Eggs, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Potatoes and Toast with Marmalade. Oh so British! 

Dutch Pancakes: These best ever blueberry or banana pancakes are served with Camps maple syrup, or fresh fruit.

Eggs Benedict: Two eggs served over an English muffin and ham, under a wonderful hollandaise sauce and herbs,

French Pain Perdue: It is called "Queen Queenie", a fantastic creme broulee french toast!

Omlets: What is your favorite?

Lake County Pear Cobbler: A fantastic cobbler that is full of pears and other fruits, usually berries. 

Spanish Armada Frittata: A hearty quiche with red peppers and green onions. It is a delight, along with the story of Queen Elizabeth and King Phillip of Spain.

Belgium Waffles: Light and lovely waffles, usually served with whipped cream and fruit.

Hoevoes Rancheros: A delicate salsa served over eggs, black beans and a seared corn tortilla, covered with a combination of shredded cheese. Often tied to our Uncle Jeff' corn bread, which you will not believe is very easy to prepare.

German Apple Pancakes: Layered apples and a touch of cinnimon make these so, so good. They are rich, thick and lucious.They are made in honor of the many royals who came from Germany over the centuries.

Lover's Twists Featuring lake County Award Winning Goat Cheese

One two sheet package of Puff Pastry.

Eight ounces of Lake County cherve

Eight ounces of creme cheese

A toss of parmasan cheese.

Garlic, oregano, and rosemary, chopped fine.

Melted Butter.

Mix all the cheese and herbs in a small bowl. Divide each sheet of Puff Pastry into twelve peieces. Roll each piece to double size to thin the dough. Place a tablespoon of cheese mix into the pastry, bring the sides up and twist. The pastry is to look like a beggar's purse. Brush with melted butter. Cook 20 to 25 minutes in the 400 degree oven.They are a great appetizer served warm.
