The Langtry Room $195

          The king-size antique mahongany bed trimmed in brass fits perfectly in the stone rose colored room. And the double Jacuzzi has windows that open wide to enjoy the outdoors if you wish. The guests feel this is one of our most romantic rooms.

     The Langtry Room is named after the English model and actress Lillie Langtry. She owned property in Lake County during the 1880's. She created the Guenoc vineyard and was quite the talk of the world at the time. She became famous for spending time with the King of England, then went on to become Judge Roy Bean's Miss Lillie in the wild west and finished her life as a French Countess. She was a very interesting Englishwoman.

      We think you will love the view of Clear Lake from this room, it is the very best. One of the nicest scenes on Clear Lake is when the full moon is over the lake, it makes the whole lake shimmer in silver.
